Warhammer Minis
I got into this around the beginning of 2022. I always loved reading and watching Warhammer lore and one day after getting a Amazon gift card I bought a bunch of paints and my first set.
My First Mini
This is the first mini I ever painted. I want to keep this one for as long as I paint so I can keep a record for how well I am improving.

Space Marine Lieutenant
This is the first detail paint I ever did, I really tried my hand at edge highlighting and a little shading.

Necron Royal Warden
This was my first Necron detail build, I am especially proud of that rock under his feet. I painted it darker than I wanted and then dry brushed it with the color I really wanted

Ork Boyz
This is my first ork boy and I was terrified, this was the first time I had to paint something natural like a face or muscles but I really love him.

Primaris Techmarine
I LOVED painting him. He was detailed and so many weapons and used a little of all my techniques. The only thing I dont like as much is the gold/bronze on the axe, it came out a little thick .

Dark Apostle
This was my first time really making flames and I hope to improve on OSL in future paint jobs

Dark Disciple Pt.1
Both of these were fun, I got to bring out purple paint for them and I tried mixing skin-tones to create better faces

Dark Disciple Pt.2
Both of these were fun, I got to bring out purple paint for them and I tried mixing skin-tones to create better faces

Random Etsy Beholder
I know this isn't a Warhammer mini but I think it came out great and so I posted it. Not much input, I used similar techniques as usual and nothing new.

Haarken Worldclaimer
I wreaked this the first time I painted it, paint too thick, off colors and so I left it in my pile to sit. I got bored one day and said screw it and re-painted it and I think it turned out great. I did blue edge-highlighting and I think it came out decent.

Judiciar
Most of this was run of the mill painting but I finally got to use a gold base paint instead of trying to fix a gold layer paint so that was cool. I also tried to make the leather look well used and used quite a bit of stippling and layering to get that effect, its not that noticeable on the front but on the sides it really looks good.

Bladeguard Ancient
The gold was a lot easier to paint now that I had a gold I could count on. I thought the hardest color was going to paint was the white helmet but by far it was the light brown on the cloth. It was at least 10 layers per piece. I really enjoyed painting this and it only took about one day.
